AUGUSTA — Sen. Tim Nangle, D-Windham, earned a perfect score from the Maine Women’s Lobby for votes during the second session of the 132nd Legislature, giving him a 100% score for the 132nd Legislature as a whole.
“As a former Paramedic, and especially as a father of a young woman, I know how important it is for families to have support they can count on,” said Sen. Nangle. “This session, we invested in affordable childcare and family planning care and helped sustain services for survivors of domestic violence. These are practical steps that help people stay healthy and safe, and I’ll keep working to make sure that support is there when Mainers need it.”
Sen. Nangle has been an outspoken advocate for women’s rights and health throughout his career in public service.

Sen. Tim Nangle is serving his second term in the Maine Senate, representing Casco, Frye Island, Raymond, Windham and part of Westbrook. He serves as the Senate chair of the Legislature’s Transportation Committee and as a member of the Health and Human Services Committee.
