A Call for a Hearing on Identifying the Fundamental Problem Facing America and its Solution.

Identify with the mind and with it heal the brain.

Use Your Brain and Mind to Improve Each Other.

Emotional health is the panacea for a wise America.

Emotional intelligence comes from emotional health.

Know your brain and mind as distinct entities.

Use Your Brain and Mind to Improve Each Other.

All these hearings trying to find solutions to improve American life have not made any real progress. Would our lawmakers be interested in better results?

Our lawmakers need to realize that there is this opportunity to transform America and the world form being emotionally challenged to emotional health. Make America great through brain health.”

— Sajid Khan; Humility is the power that generates wisdom.

WASHINGTON, DC, NJ, UNITED STATES, June 20, 2018 / — Our American people work hard to make a success of their lives and yet the results are mostly below par simply because the knowledge that our experts provide is riddled with half-baked formulas. From parents to teachers the vast majority provide the guidance that creates emotionally challenged brains.

Even those who are successful professionally many of them struggle with unhappiness, tiredness, bad relationships etc.

Wisdom education which in its initial stage is wise parenting is about creating an emotionally healthy self-identity! It is about nurturing a humble self-image.

The self-image does not need to be defined. It is the same as when God said, 'I Am Who I Am.' Extremely vague and undefinable. Something not to be dwelt on at all!

What most parents do is define the self-image for their child. Mostly it is in form of a trophy self-image of being the best.

In most cases, teachers have to deal with students whose brains are emotionally challenged as they are powered by, 'I am the best' self-image. Teachers try to handle this problem with half-baked knowledge.

It is the self-image that determines the relationship of the individual with one's own self, others and even with the reality of life. It even determines the relationship between one's own brain generated and mind generated self. It is the self-image that determines one's own moral values, focus, living in the now, happiness, sound sleep, the strength of character etc. It is the self-image that determines the individual's wisdom level.

The self-image is created through the nurturing environment provided by the parents. The self-image level is well established by the time the child is 5 years old. The answer the child gives at age five to the question, 'Who am I?' will be the same that the child will give throughout his life. Thus, wise parenting is essential.

The self-image is projected by the brain wiring that is established during the nine months of living as a fetus and then 5 years as a child. The self-image is a function of the brain. If the self-image is to be changed then it is the brain wiring that has to be changed. In other words, it is the brain that has to be healed.

The problem is that our experts do not have a clear idea of the mind and even do not have any clue about the difference between the brain and mind. The brain and mind are treated as one. The brain and mind are lumped together as just the mind. Thus we have mind education for even healing the brain which is a separate entity. Teaching the mind to heal the brain is no more than mind-washing. Mind-washing is like pouring fresh water into a glass that is generating dirty water of its own. The so-called brainwashing is actually mind-washing which leaves the brain to keep generating the wrong, emotionally challenged self-image.

Knowing the exact nature of the mind is not necessary. The self-image is the manifestation of the mind, it is the very face of the mind. Defining the self-image means defining the mind. Measuring the self-image measures the mind. Healing the self-image heals the mind. As the self-image is projected by the brain it is the brain generated self-image that needs to be defined, measured and healed.

Our experts try to change minds when it is the brains that need healing. Our experts are so off the track that even the Dalai Lama is calling for teaching ethics education to our children. In other words, he is calling for changing minds through mind-washing when he should call for healing the self-images from being emotionally challenged to emotional health. Changing a person from ignorance to wisdom is about healing the self-image through brain therapy.

It is a shame that in spite of all the progress in the mind sciences our experts are still ignorant about the true nature of wisdom. Wisdom/emotional-intelligence is the smoke where emotional health is the fire. Thus wisdom is emotional health that springs from an emotionally healthy brain. It is humility that generates emotional health. Thus it is a humble self-image that generates emotional health. There is a simple trick to creating humbleness generating brains. Instead of creating a trophy self-image of each child is the best, cultivate a zero self-image. I learned this trick from the story of Adam and Eve. Even the Buddha talks about the need for a zero self-image.

'Adam and Eve started off with no self-identity. And as long as they have no self-identity they are living a life of bliss. Enters Satan and he introduces a false self-identity that alters their self-image from being selfless to become selfish. At once how they experience and absorb life changes from wisdom to ignorance. Suddenly all the attributes of ignorance become their way of life. From unconscious selflessness to conscious selfishness becomes their way of life. Selfishness brings with it all its attributes; lust for power, greed, jealousy, anger, fear, worry, guilt, restlessness, impatience, etc. From pure happiness to dejection and frustration become their way of life. Pretension and concealing their true feelings become them, they become deceitful and cheaters. From being wisdom, they become ignorance.' – From the following blog:

Our lawmakers need to realize that there is this opportunity to transform America and the world form being emotionally challenged to emotional health.

Conscious Conception Expert Nina Ketscher to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

FOLSOM, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, June 19, 2018 / — By expanding our view on conception, pregnancy, birth, and parenting, we can create new generations of strong, conscious and loving children, equipped to face the challenges of our modern world.

Nina Ketscher specializes in conscious conception, reducing and regulating stress for women before, during and after pregnancy through each stage of their child's development.

“Conscious conception is about both parents being aware that they are bringing a soul into the world. With that intention and focus, they're creating a child who is connected more consciously with themselves, who they are, what their purpose is in life,” says Nina. “When parents are conscious about conceiving a child, not only do the parents feel more connected and bonded with their child, but that child also feels their parents really wanted them. It can make a huge difference for how they experience relationships, to themselves and the world.”

Nina works with couples and mothers, offering healing work prior to conception, addressing belief systems, patterns of behavior, to create an optimal environment for bringing a child into the world. Nina empowers parents to commit to mindful daily practices that keep them connected with themselves and whatever healing they need to do along the way.

“This work really gives them a foundation of strength,” says Nina. “These children become very strong and very clear about who they are and what they're here to do, which prevents them from being distracted by the material world.”

Nina blends somatic and prenatal and perinatal psychology, energy work and mantra meditation into her healing practice. According to Nina, conscious conception, pregnancy and birth can prevent, not only post-partum depression, but birth interventions and behavioral outcomes.

“I think knowledge and practice is key. And this type of knowledge that I learned has been hidden for such a long time,” says Nina. “When we can raise our vibration, we can reach a higher stage of consciousness. And then we're actually able to heal and transcend, transform all blocked patterns.”

“I am humbled in my work and feel confident that, with Divine grace, I've been able to guide people toward healing,” says Nina. “Clients say, ‘I don't even think about the problems I came in with anymore. I don't have those problems any more."

CUTV News Radio will feature Nina Ketscher in an interview with Jim Masters on June 21st at 12pm EDT and with Doug Llewelyn on June 28th at 12pm.

Monthly Subscription Box LOVED+BLESSED Encourages and Reminds Women to Walk in Faith

After dreaming of becoming a wife and a mother, I found myself facing infertility and needed something to remind me that no matter what happened, how things turned out, everything was going to be okay”

— Jamila Jackson, Founder, loved+blessed

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, June 19, 2018 / — Everyone needs encouragement. With depression and suicide rates on the rise in the US, the need for people to feel loved, supported and accepted is more important than ever. But even in the best of times, daily life can be a struggle, and a small bit of encouragement can carry you through the day.

Jamila Jackson, founder of loved+blessed, understands firsthand how small bits of hope can make a significant impact on a life. After years of struggling with infertility, Jamila had a crisis of faith where she realized that she had become obsessed with motherhood. Once she gave this struggle to God, He, in turn, gave her the idea for “boxes of encouragement” that would help other women who are facing struggles, or who just need a reminder to slow down during a busy day.

Infertility, abuse, loneliness, divorce, single parenting, depression, singleness, caring for aging parents and a myriad of other issues plague women, but too often, these women suffer in silence and bear their struggles alone. Unfortunately, the church is often ill-equipped to support these issues.

"After dreaming of becoming a wife and a mother my whole life, I found myself facing infertility and just needed something to remind me that no matter what happened, no matter how things turned out, everything was going to be okay,” Jamila explains.

For the past 5 years, subscribers have received a monthly care package with a unique and God-inspired message that isn’t focused on products, but on helping women stay encouraged and grow in their faith. Each box is themed with an inspiring message, an uplifting Scripture that can be applied to their daily life, and gifts to brighten your day. Along with the physical product, women receive a monthly blog post and workbook that helps put the Word into action, as well as access to a private online group where subscribers can make friends, participate in discussions and share prayer requests.

Proceeds from every subscription box also go to help fund the vital work of Union Rescue Mission, providing essential needs and support for people living in the Skid Row area of Los Angeles.

“God has already used loved+blessed in miraculous ways,” Jamila continues. “I’ve been overwhelmed and honored to be able to play a part in helping women know that they are still loved, even when life doesn’t work out the way you expect. Our team is excited to watch how God continues to work through loved+blessed.”

Seven Father's Day Tips For Special Needs Dads

Author Deanna Picon Offers Ways To Help Dads Throughout The Year

Fathering a child with a disability requires perserverance, inner strength and extraordinary love for one's son or daughter. So, it's important to recognize these dads who give so much of themselves.”

— Deanna Picon

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, June 5, 2018 / — Raising a special needs child, while managing work and family responsibilities is no easy task for even the most dedicated parent.

“Fathering a child with a disability requires perserverance, inner strength and extraordinary love for one’s son or daughter. Frequently, these devoted dads are overlooked for their hard work and valuable contributions to their families,” said Deanna Picon, founder of Your Autism Coach, LLC ( and author of The Autism Parents’ Guide To Reclaiming Your Life ( “So, on this special occasion, let’s recognize those who give so much of themselves.”

Fathers can apply these simple tips to have a wonderful Father’s Day and throughout the year.

● Get fit and healthy. It’s important to take care of yourself, especially with everything on your plate. Make time to eat properly, get at least six hours of sleep and exercise. Hitting the gym is an effective way to work off stress and stay in shape. A simple walk around the neighborhood can clear your mind. Bring along a friend for motivation and accountability.

● Be yourself. Don’t allow your child’s disability to define you. Like any parent, much of your life is going to be centered on your children, but that doesn’t mean you should completely abandon the hobbies, events and activities you enjoy doing. Keep in touch with friends and family. Call for a quick chat or send a friendly text. Invite the guys over to watch the game or for a cookout.

● Give yourself permission to have some fun. It's important not to feel guilty for having a good time, even if it’s only once in a while. Ask a close friend or relative to watch your child for a few hours, so you can go to the billiards hall to shoot some pool with your buddies. Go on a fishing trip. It will be beneficial to unload the weight of your responsibilities for a short time.

● Keep in mind you’re human. No one’s perfect. You’re allowed to make mistakes, get angry, frustrated or even be a little sad. So cut yourself some slack every once in a while.

● Reward yourself. Because of all you do, make sure to do something nice for yourself each week, no matter how small. Buy some tools for your workshop or attend an auto show.

● Accept unspoken praise and appreciation. Your spouse or partner may be too overwhelmed in the midst of all the challenges the two of you face to tell you how much they care. Your special needs child may be unable to properly communicate how grateful they are that you accept and love them. Nevertheless, know that your child and family appreciate you and the difference you make in their lives.

● Take a bow! You stepped up and accepted the challenges of raising a child with special needs. Because of your determination and advocacy, your son or daughter will have a better life. That’s something worth patting yourself on the back about.

An Appeal to the Congress and Senate Committees on all Areas of Interest.

Identify with the mind and with it heal the brain.

Use Your Brain and Mind to Improve Each Other.

Know, understand and become your +2 pure self.

Emotionnal Health can now be defined, measured, tested and healed.

Brain Education Is At The Door. Please Embrace It.

Emotionally Healthy Brain Generates Emotional Intelligence.

The bottom line cause of why not much changes regarding the social ills, is our ignorance regarding the role of the brain in human behavior.

Please let us make the right beginning with a hearing on my solutions for an Emotionally Healthy America.”

— Sajid Khan

WASHINGTON, DC, NJ, UNITED STATES, June 1, 2018 / — Please consider a super hearing on Emotional Health where the Chairman of each and every committee participates.

Emotional health is 50% of health and yet while there are guidelines and tests for every other aspect of health there is no testing and no guidelines for emotional health.

Your committee respectively is striving for every possible means to flush out solutions for the problems facing America in your respective field. The bottom line reason for most of these problems is the ignorance about, and negligence of emotional health.

At the individual, group and country level the human miracle is built to thrive, instead, it is polluted with the effects of the ignorance of our experts.

Let us look at some of the biggest problems facing America that need to be solved. The Mother of all problems that prevents any real breakthroughs is the ignorance of our experts regarding the true nature of human faculties like Wisdom, Emotional Intelligence, Human Nature, Brain, Mind, and Health.

Every single physical human behavior is controlled by the emotional quality of the mind, which in turn is controlled by the brain. The problem is that the brain remains under the radar screen. To change the negative human behavior attempts are made to reform and change minds while brain reform is ignored. Thus the brain remains as emotionally challenged as ever. The emotionally challenged brain continues to generate toxic chemicals that harm the physical and mental faculties. This has a rippling effect on the individual and society.

To reform behavior attempts are made to re-educate the mind. It is like fresh water is poured into a glass that is producing its own dirty water. The fresh water keeps getting dirty and the whole mental system remains as dysfunctional as ever and nothing changes.

The bottom line cause of why not much changes regarding the social ills, in spite of your committee's efforts to find solutions is the ignorance regarding the role of the brain in human behavior.

The focus on physical and mental health is not enough to solve the emotionally challenged society. We cannot afford to ignore emotional health.

Mental Health is wrongly defined as just Mind Health when it is a combination of Mind and Brain Health. Emotional health is a function of the brain and it is ignored because the brain and mind are lumped together as just the mind. In fact, the mind itself is couched in fuzziness. Do you know that the mind as a topic of study is missing from High School psychology textbook? The brain and mind are two separate entities. Mental health is a function of the mind while emotional health is a function of the brain. Mental health itself is a combination of the regular education of the mind and the emotional education of the brain. So the reason why education and society are messed up is due to ignoring emotional/brain health/education.

We in America have cutting edge mind education but our brain education is not only mostly missing, the brain is miseducated. As a result, America is quite a bit an emotionally challenged society. It need not be like this. All our leaders need to do is focus on emotional health. I already have a step by step plan on how to make America emotionally healthy.

There is a one-step solution to improving the economy, education, crime, greed, corruption, rivalries, relationships, parenting, health, happiness, drug addictions, sleeplessness etc. By introducing Brain/Emotional-Health Education/Healing and creating emotional health for the young and the old. The path to a Wise Society is not via Teaching Wisdom; it is through creating Emotional Baggage Free Brains. Emotional Health is the Key to a Wise Society.

Please let us make the right beginning with a hearing on my solutions for an Emotionally Healthy America.
